Why aren't you apart of a CPS such as NIC EIC or NAPIT?

We operate independently of Competent Persons Schemes to eliminate high membership costs, allowing us to pass these savings directly to our clients. All notifiable electrical work is certified through direct contact with local councils and building authorities, ensuring full compliance. We then provide you, the client, with appropriate certification and documentation.

Can you offer a discount to just complete a certificate for my insurance?

Any certification we provide is always verified through thorough testing and inspection. We will never provide certification unless a full and complete test and inspection has been completed.

Do you offer 24/7 Emergency Plumbing and Heating services?

Our phone line operates 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergencies and urgent repairs such as leaks, burst pipes and loss of heating.

Do you install smart heating systems such as Hive or Nest?

As a company that providesa comprehensive list of both plumbing and electrical services we are able to fully install and maintain smart-enabled heating systems such as Hive or Nest (or any other brand).

Are you insured?

All ECME engineers are fully insured and guaranteed.
